‘Hello World!’

Well, it’s my first post.

Today on 22nd March holi … I saw many kids and wanted to do all masti like that. I started jumping like spring and I don’t want to sit. I want to run and keep standing.

I started sleeping on my left and eating while sleeping today…. when I wil be hungry I will just turn and search with my closed eye ..:) Muma feels so good as both of us can now hold each other tight.

Today on 25th March I started my walker third time after 22nd March when I literally went backward and forward on my toes

Great accomplishment.

I started my cereals since 20th March (Gerber Rice cereal)

I started my formula since February..

on 25th March I ate Sweet potato slice for the first time ..

Haa you have learnt several new things now Vivek.

You started rubbing your eyes when you are sleepy since mid of February. you don’t like strange faces. Started crying from March first week when you see strange faces. After 5th month bday when you are lying on your back you want t bring your feet up and hold you foot….kind of wondering what are these … or wanitng to out to you universal target (mouth).

Vivek - Give me your two hands when I lie on my back, I will grab them as I don’t wana sleep on bed. I wana be in GODI and carried around. Nanni apka suit khana hai…… Daddy mujhe night time reading nahi karna , woh toa bahana hai book khane ka

7th december started talking smiling and saying “huin” ….felt like that we are in heavwn when we first talked to Vivek..Then on everyday when u are fresh with fresh diaper and full tummy u talk in sweet babbling manner to us and nanu and nani. Today 12th december 2007 u started sucking ur thumb toooo much and i took it out everytime.

At around 11 pm in night we took ur thumb out again and u cried for half a minute and started back on ur ful wrist

u wana have ur full wrist in ur mouth..dont understand that it is not possible :). Finally I swaddled u hard with ur hands inside and u made all struggling noises to bring ur hands out from swaddle. U were successful in doing that - within 1 min it was out:)

I am sure, 9/11 reminds to almost everyone about one thing only… that’s about WTC attack… but for me 9/11 has got some other significance…

It’s the joining day of my first job….

Which means I am going to complete one year soon now… Not a bad time to start thinking about job options now…

I just hope my manager is not reading this…. :)) hehhehee

Congrats to Bhavisha and Mitesh from the entire Mehta Family. 

Its difficult to put in words and the feeling is non-speakable. Saw the unborn angel on 14th May and felt good movements too. Its bubbly and googly

Lots of things happened since last 10 months. Ketan and I got married 6th July 2006. Vijay became CA 14th July 2006. Mitesh became CA on 16th Jan 2007. Vijay is working in Sasken, Bangalore and Mitesh joined IDBI , Kolkata. Ami got married 4th Feb 2007. Palak came to our family on 17th November 2006. She is so cute. Our little cutie. She started crawling now and enjoy company of elder brother Jay. I moved to MN with Ketan on 18th October 2006, finished few exams and got a job in MN on 1st March and H1B on 3rd May 2007. Now we are waiting for Gods’ wonderful gift.

Lots of good things happened, trying to jot down all the dates so that we can always refer them back in future :).
